The Rays are a no-nonsense rock n roll band. Gutsy guitars, ballsy vocals, and swaggering melodies combined with a thirst for Jack Daniels. The live shows are a raucous and energetic event making The Rays one of the hottest unsigned Manchester bands around right now!

The Rays have gigged extensively around manchester and the UK including new years eve at Manchester’s legendary 5th Avenue club, Tiger Tiger XFM with Gareth Brooks, Freshers Balls at the Bradford and Manchester Met Universities, and supporting acts such as Bez (Happy Mondays) at Lewishams Dirty South.
